Tokyo’s underground music scene runs very deep,it bursts through the Earth’s crust,passes through the mantle,and reaches the UK.

THE WAMEKI is a trio. No guitarist,the bassist plays a two-strings bass guitar,the drummer plays a three-piece kit(bass drum,snare,hihat),and the vocalist just repeatedly jumps on the stage.

This stripped-down minimalist formation made a new sound - the blues of the 25th century.
